Publication
All accepted papers of the 2nd 3CBIT2023 will be published by the IEEE. Conference proceedings is submitted to EI Compendex, CPCI-S, Scopus, and INSPEC for indexing. The excellent papers will be recommended to the SCI journal.

Submission Guide
Prospective authors are welcome to submit the full manuscript through the Electronical Submission System or send your papers to conference e-mail:icbit@foxmail.com.
The papers should adhere to the Template! All the papers will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts.
Only original unpublished full paper in English is accepted for peer review.
The full paper should be no less than 4 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
